A traditional MBA program offers a more broad-based education, covering everything from accounting and finance to human resource management. This MBA on the other hand, has more of a management focus. Courses will still address many of the same topics (finance, accounting, human resources, management, etc.) but will do so from a manager's perspective.

Businesses are built on the dynamics of teamwork and leadership. Those concepts are vital to an individual who is skilled in management. A good manager knows how to allocate personnel and resources more effectively and efficiently.
